About Birake Token

BIRAKE TOKEN The BIR token is a decentralized application (dapp) token developed on top of Ethereum blockchain, in line with the ERC223 standards, which is an enhanced version of its predecessor ERC20 standards. The initial distribution of the token will be done through a TGE (Token Generation Event), where anyone can purchase the BIR token in exchange for ether or bitcoin (additional forms of payment are being considered). Once we build out our industry agnostic software back end, we will require vendors to use BIR for renting BIRAKE software exchange. Clients will be able to pay with BIR tokens for parts or complete software solution in cryptocurrency area. Basically you can own a complete exchange software as WHITE LABEL form paying with BIRAKE token. The total supply of the tokens is limited to 300,000,000 units. The TGE will distribute up to 75% of the total supply of tokens, 225,000,000 tokens. This total amount will be split between a pre-sale / sale (up to 30% / 45% of available tokens, respectively). Any tokens not sold during the TGE will be held in our corporate wallet as reserve tokens for development expenses and working capital in future raises. The remaining 25% of tokens will be split between advertising(15M), advisor & developer tokens (40M) and marketing & communication (20M). Management of the TGE is performed through birake.com website. In the public presale, participants can obtain the token at a 30% discount rate, 1 BIR = $0.07 USD. The BIR token would be exchanged with the valuation 1 BIR = $0.10 USD or equivalent ether or bitcoin (additional forms of payment are being considered).

Those interested in purchasing tokens can participate in the TGE by sending the equivalent amount of ETH and/or BTC to the BIRAKE wallet generated in user account. For the first 50.000.000 BIR sold on presale period, participants will have a 30% discount. During main sale period tokens can be purchased at $0.10/BIR. The participants are expected to have an ERC223 - compliant ether wallet, to which the BIR token will be credited at the end of the TGE.
